Creator Sprint – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase of Creator Sprint ("the Program") provided by Weird, Wacky, Wonderful LTD ("the Coach", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing the Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Program
Creator Sprint is a six-week live group coaching and mentorship program designed to help creators, coaches, and consultants improve their offers, content, messaging, and client acquisition.
Your purchase includes:
Six live coaching sessions
Weekly Q&A sessions
Access to the Skool community
Course materials and templates
Personalised feedback during the program
Lifetime access to session recordings (unless otherwise stated)
We reserve the right to update or improve the content of the Program where appropriate.
2. Payment
Your place is secured once payment has been successfully processed.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of access until your account is brought up to date.
Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, will be added at checkout.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the Program, the live coaching provided, and the immediate access to proprietary materials and community resources, no refunds will be provided once your purchase has been completed.
Please ensure Creator Sprint is the right fit for you before purchasing.
4. Results Disclaimer
Creator Sprint provides education, coaching, and strategic guidance.
We do not guarantee any specific financial results, client numbers, revenue, business growth, or other outcomes. Your results depend on many factors, including your experience, effort, implementation, market, and circumstances.
Any examples or testimonials shared are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
5. Participation
To receive the greatest benefit from the Program, you are expected to participate respectfully and complete the weekly implementation tasks.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is abusive, disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful to other members of the community. Removal for these reasons does not entitle you to a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All Program materials, videos, templates, worksheets, frameworks, and training content remain our intellectual property.
You may use the materials for your own business only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, share, record, or republish any Program materials without prior written permission.
7. Community
Access to the private Skool community is intended solely for enrolled participants in a programme.
You agree not to share confidential information posted by other members outside the community without their permission.
8. Live Sessions
Live coaching sessions will be recorded and made available to participants.
If you cannot attend live, recordings will be provided as part of your purchase.
Session dates or times may occasionally change due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, reasonable notice will be provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to the Program shall be limited to the amount you paid for your enrolment.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or revenue.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the business location of the Program provider, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
